+ A teriffic guide ( Hana - thanks ) The Masada was one of the most interesting places I have visited - and the guide gave so much relevant information to the trip. The Dead Sea was fun - should have wanted 1 more hour to spend there - Again - unacceptable waitin for 45 minutes at pick up point i n the morning, and no sorry or anyting from the company. They seem to be very unorganized for the pick up

GOOD TOUR. PICKED UP ON TIME BY BEIN HARIM. OVER 2 HOURS AT MASADA AND 1 1/2 HOURS AT DEAD SEA. LOTS OF TIME FOR IN-DEPTH EXPLORATION OF THE SITES. BUSINESS CLASS - MINI-BUS WITH UP TO 18 PASSENGERS IS THE BEST WAY TO GO. GUIDE WAS EXCELLENT.

Fascinating tour; an extra hour on the tour would have enabled a more thorough look at Masada; a once in a lifetime opportunity that was much too rushed. The long wait for connecting pick-ups at the intermediate hotel was irritating and took that extra hour (and more) off the tour time. The guide Rafi was very good but got off the coach before we could give a tip!

Everyone should get a chance to play in the Dead Sea and to tour Massada with a guide. However, this tour was a logistical pain in the bus. We were late starting, took forever picking up others and then transferring to another bus -- then reverse this process on the way back! We were herded into the Ahava factory and made to listen to a sales pitch, when we could have been enjoying the waterfall at En Gedi. Also unfortunately, this was the day of the bombing in Jerusalem. The tour guide announced this to all of us. Those of us traveling with children would have liked to present this information to our children in private, in our own way.

The guide went thru much too fast and did allow for questions. He was more interested in getting to Ahava to get his commission. ANd much too much time is spent at the Dead Sea..The time at Masada should be longer & certainly the guide should answer questions.

Our guide was very good and knew a lot about the sights we visited. Overall, the trip was well planned and is highly recommendable because it includes both a cultural and historic aspect (Massada) as well as relaxation (The Dead Sea). The only minus was the very warm weather that almost drained us from energy at Massada.

The first part of the tour was good. We did not appreciate toward the end of the tour being brought to one store to shop and then to a restaurant to eat. We ended up leaving the group and finishing up the tour ourselves. If a lunch stop is to happen, the excerpt on your website should so indicate.

Très belle excursion inoubliable avec une guide très professionnelle. La visite était normalement en anglais mais elle a été très sympa et nous a tout expliqué en français aussi. seul point négatif: le chauffeur qui nous a fait descendre au mauvais endroit de retour à Jerusalem, et on a du prendre un taxi a nos frais pour rentrer jusqu'à notre hôtel. J'attends d'ailleurs des excuses et un geste co de City discovery mais ils sont long à répondre!

Yad Vashem was a great and touching experience, the childrens memorial was the most beautiful memorial place I have ever visited. - We had to wait for the company, pick up point, in the morning for more than 45 minutes. Unacceptable

The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable.The tour started late and at the changeover point,( we were picked up from our hotel by taxi 30 minutes late and taken to an assembly point) there was no explanation, just a rough they are coming....after another hour, they came.from then on it was excellent except we did not go near the Dome of the Rock and THE BIG COMPLAINT, the restaurant we went to for lunch had a brusque staff who implied that, as you would expect, the prices were in shekels, when we came to pay it turned out they were in dollars, four times as much. The food was poor and there was no alcohol. Westerners often have a beer or a glass of wine with lunch and this should be catered for.However, with a different restaurant and explanations if the buses are late this would be a first rate tour and I do recommend it.

Raffy (raffi?) was a wonderful guide and the places we visited were perfect. frankly I don't remember anything we did that was about Jerusalem the new, so perhaps that can be dropped from the title of your tour? In any case, it was a job well done. Thanks.

I felt it was geared more to Christians than Jews as a lot of time was spent in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and not at places near the wall

The only thing missing was a trip to the Garden Tomb, and maybe a walk around Gesthemane. But, our guide was fantastic- full of knowledge, professional, kind. The place we stopped for lunch was perfect- not expensive, either. It was an excellent tour!

The tour guide was charming and knowledgeable. However we wasted an hour at a gift shop so that the guide could get his commission, and then we were herded into a restaurant where we were given no choice but to pay for a very expensive lunch -- again, so the guide could get his percentage. The guide, though patient and kind, spent a lot of time discussing his political views in hard-to-understand English. Having to drop off Tel Aviv tourists added a long time to the tour, which had also gotten underway 45 minutes late. Actual tour time was minimal for the money.

The trip itself lived up to everything we expected, however, leaving from Jerusalem led to a very long journey before and after the main excursion. This was due to multiple pickups in Tel Aviv and there were not suitable opportunities for refreshments en route. Lunch was also limited and fairly expensive.

The tour was great. We left from Jerusalem at 6am, arrived at Tel Aviv to pick up people there and change buses (we changed buses a couple of times) got delayed because there were some people missing (who left on another tour by mistake), after all we ended up leaving Tel Aviv between 8:30am and 9:00am. Which is not a good time considering we had to get up at 5am. On the way back we had to stop at Tel Aviv to change buses again and there were more people going to Jerusalem then they had planned so we had to wait to see who was staying and who was leaving. I believe they just have to get more organized with the buses but the tour was nice, we had a great lunch on a small restaurant in front of the sea of galilee it was very good but kind of expensive, they should stop at a place where you can have options on what to eat, we got to the restaurant and there was just one lunch option (you can choose from different items) with a fixed price. There weren't any other restaurants around and since you're hungry they give you no choice but to eat there. For the shops they take you to (a diamond place in this case), you're not asked whether you want to go or not, they just take you there. That time could be used to stay longer at some places. Overall the tour is a must if you don't have enough time to go to this places on your own.

A great tour - but be prepered of the hysterical crowdes that puches you around at the holy churches. The guide was great. We had a good over night stay at a Kibbutz hotel.
