This tour was a good way to see a lot of London sights and familiarizing ourselves with the city. We were able to get to some of our tours from our hotel utilizing the hop on hop off bus by signing up for the 48 hour tour. The boat cruise was very enjoyable also.

Liked the itinerary except for the photo opportunity of Westminster Abbey. I'm not sure if it's really the best spot :( From where we took the photos, a portion of the structure is covered by vehicles (I don't mind if it's only cars but most of the time, by buses...just imagine what you'll see in the photos :( )

I would not recommend the lunch to people I would suggest they did their own thing for that time. Lunch was disappointing especially the environment. I would have preferred a sandwich and drink over looking anything in the area rather than the 'underground' environment of what would obviously be far more appropriate for the party event intent of the venue. I have been to this venue for an evening on the occasion of Charles and Dianna's wedding 30 or so years ago.

We overall enjoyed the tour but felt a little rushed in some places while staying too long in other. The pub for lunch was good, but they squished us together like cattle. Our tour guide disappeared on the group a couple of times leaving the group to figure things out. The boat ride was uneventful but the eye was fun.

Due to the guide beeing late we missed the trooper at Household Cavalry Museum and half of the the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace. Also the mixing with Spanish made it hard to follow what she talked. She said couple of times something that made me feel like she wasn't very much aware of things. We loved the guide of The Tower of London. The cruise at Thames was an ordinary quick boattrip on standard route ship. Anyway in all the tour was London in nutshell which we expected so it was a good way to spend a very cold day and see as much as possible. Would have been wise to put some more clothes on, there was a lot of time standing outside.

There is much to see at Windsor, however, the time given is not enough. We were in such a hurry that we were not able to buy some souvenirs. It's a good thing we got the lunch pack, otherwise, we would have starved. Stonehenge is both fabulous and mysterious. A must see! The Roman Bath is just ok. Unlike Windsor, we had more time spent there. I suggest that more time should be spent at Windsor and Stonehenge instead of the Roman Bath. It's not as interesting as the two

Although we were very pleased with the tour, we were very disappointed in the fact that we were not taken back to our hotel at such a late return time and after a very long day. The guide Graham was terrific, the bus was the worst we experienced in 7 countries, seats very tight together and no trays.

The tour was amazing and I'm so glad I chose it. I'm a bit irritated that our tour left more than a half hour late do to a mistake on the company's part but we quickly left someone at Windsor Castle when they did not meet us to leave on time. Surly a double standartd! I know all of that sounds bad but honestly I was VERY happy with the tour and my only regret is that it wasn't longer. Windsor and Bath could have each taken up to 4 hours easily! Food was good.

I really liked our tour guide - Margaret, she was really engaging and gave us a lot of info as the bus tours from the city to the outskirts. We were given 1.5 hours at each attraction which was too short. I wished more time was given! Other than that, we enjoyed the tour very much, would definitely choose city discovery again for future travel plans.

Warwick Castle was execlent and we would have like to stay longer, Stratford was a waste of time. Total rush and had to wait around to get in then rushed. 2 people were late back and the coach left them behind. Oxford was better than warwick and we will re visit oxford again. The tour guide was very good however he made sure he begged for his tip even saying how low paid they are.and the normal tip in the UK is 10-15% Overall a busy day not enough time at each venue and was dissapointed we left people behind.

Overall, we like a lot of the entire tour, but only one of the attractions, we do not like too much: the food and restaurant service suggested by you for lunch. As the entire schedule of the tour had a very short time, we thought the food was poorly prepared and took too long to be served, which hindered any possibility to get to know Stratford and the other negative thing was the antipathy of the waitress who served us ..

Enjoyed the tour, only one complaint, at the time of a change over of driver and guide, we did not get a guide, so had no commentary for the half hour we were on the bus which was rather disappointing as we only had one day in London and wanted to make the most of it. We really enjoyed our tour.Our tour director was both personable and knowledgeable, and our driver got us around London in spite of the Olympic traffic. The lunch that was included was at an authentic London Pub and the food was very good. It was the perfect break between stops. The only dissapointment was that we were unable to go on a Thames River Tour and Visit Greenwich as part of the tour. This again was because of the Oympics and our guide was kind enough to tell us how todo these things on our own.

We found the tour very tiring. We were hurried along by the tour director when it was not necessary ( especially to the river to catch the ferry) and had to wait for 30 or more minutes once we arrived. The meal at the Three Tuns Hotel was disgustingly awful. The worst fish and chips we have had in our long lives.. We were told we would have bread and butter with it which did not materiallise.and may have been the best part of the meal. Walking from the coach to the hotel was quite a distance and then back again to the cathederal. We enjoyed Leeds castle and the Canterbury Cathederal but found it all too much for one day.

I have been on several London tours and was travelling with my grandson, who has never been to the UK. Admittedly we were in off season, and the guide led us in two languages, but I thought that there was not enough information about the sites. The guide was knowledgeable and was able to answer some of my questions. But rather than tell us how beautiful any site is, a judgment the tourist can make on his/her own, I think that a more discussion of the fascinating history would have been more respectful.

The guide was ok. but we just had 15 minutes to visit ourself the Westminster cathedral, It was very expensive for this visit and because the time allowed we didn't visited...The lunch was very limited...just fried chicken: no drink, and no dessert. Very desapointed about it.

We felt the value of the tour was diminished by the combination of several tours, which took time out of our own tour. The guide appeared not very confident about all the different drop offs and even left some people behind at the Tower, leaving earlier than the arranged time. We felt that the 'cruise' was disappointing, merely providing transport from one spot to another. We felt the cost of the tour was high for the service received. I have previously been on a similar tour with another company, so feel I have a good case for comparison.

The tour guide was very informative and nice, really interesting in her information and very friendly. However the lunch was not up to the standard. We had fish and chips which I think was not satisfactory for its price. Also one needed to be walked through the Tower of London, not just left to explore on one's own. However, the tour gave us a chance to see many of London's landmarks, something we would not have been able to do on our own. Thank you very much for a lovely day.

A full day with the three historical sites included which does mean limited times spent at each location unfortunately. Comfortable travel with excellent driver, Leon, and Mike our tour guide was wonderful. The optional pub lunch was delicious. We really enjoyed the day, finding it informative and well organised. A map on the website is needed to enable easier location of the bus pick up point rather than just an address.

Very interesting tour, you get to see the Magna Carta and the typically English country town of Salisbury, Stonehenge is a must and Bath was beautiful. If you can get yourself to these places, that may be a cheaper option for you. But for ease of transport, this was unparalleled.

We really enjoyed this trip. One of the suggestions we have is to try to allow some time to purchase food along the way. I know that there isn't enough time to have a set lunch break but we found that we didn't even have time to buy something along the way. The timing was quite tight. We ended up spending our time at the Musee d'Orsay in the cafe and didn't really have time to look at the exhibits. Perhaps this tour isn't always this tight for time but on the day we went the Eiffel Tower was closed when we were to visit because of an elevator being broken. When they re-opened it we had to wait in the queue as our group reservation had been canceled. At the Musee d'Orsay we went in the group entrance but still had a long wait to get in as well. Our boat cruise went longer also because one of the other boats had broken down so we had to take on the other passengers who were mostly school children. This delayed our cruise & also made it difficult to hear the tour guide as it was very noisy. The issues that happened on our day probably don't always happen so unfortunately our day was quite rushed to get everything completed. We were late getting back to the train station due to traffic so the 2nd suggestion is to include an Immigration card in the package so it could be filled out along the way during the day and it would speed things up when leaving. 3) We also misunderstood & thought that there was a reserved tour bus for the day but we were advised that we were using Les Cars Rouges and we had to wait at bus stops several times which should be made clearer in the brochure as there is a lot of walking to the bus stops which can be quite tiring for some people who assumed that the bus would let them off and pick them up at each place. Our tour guide Peter was very good & had a very thorough knowledge of Paris so really enhanced the tour for us. We were tired at the end of the day but very glad to have had a whirlwind day in Paris.

The guide was very enthusiastic and informative. He even carried a large bag of books about Jack the Ripper to show us at the end. Although the tour was advertised as lasting less than 2 hours, he entertained us for nearly 2.5. He gave a lot of history about the places we passed through not connected with the Ripper. The only drawback is that we didn't visit all the murder sites, but perhaps they didn't exist any more with all the new building in London in the last 120 years.

We enjoyed what we were able to fit into the day, but the only thing that we were dissappointed with was that we could not return to the same attraction the next day to finish what we could not do on the previous day. We were told that we could only use the pass once for each attraction even though we had purchased a 2 day pass and were using it the next day. Very dissapointed with Kensington Palace not at all interesting as it was some stupid dancing princess theme and not anything to do with the palace at all.

Very interesting, beautiful nature and landscape and wonderful castle and villages. Minus would be that we had to wait for an hour after departure time before we got on the bus, we didn´t get any information while waiting why we had to wait... And 15 minutes stop in one village is not enough, better to give that time to another stop in a village or make it a longer stop. The lunch was great and the guide hade a lot of interesting stories to tell.

Lots of people were allowed on board without jackets ties and even in jeans. Not appreciated when was has taken the effort to dress appropriately.
